Advancement Centre

Advancement Centre of Bells University of technology, Ota Nigeria, was established by the University Senate in December, 2018. The Centre, located in the office of the Vice Chancellor, was assigned the responsibilities of being involved in various fund raising activities for the advancement of the University as well as coordinating collaborations and partnership or linkages between the University and other Institutions, both national and international. The mandates of the Centre as to:

• Attract necessary teaching, research and infrastructural facilities to the University through fundraising activities and other financial or material supports from grants (local and International), Alumni association, endowments, donors, etc.
• Identify relevant reputable Institutions, organizations and industries and explore possibilities for establishing collaboration and partnership
• Work with the University Legal officer to facilitate memorandum of understanding / agreement between the university and its partners
• Promote internationalization of the University in line with the University’s vision and mission
• Organise advancement seminars, workshops, conferences, etc. to staff, students and partners
• Carry out any other duty assigned by the Vice Chancellor

The Centre is poised to develop strategies to drive the achievement of the University’s vision of being a world-renowned University that is committed to the development and transformation of society through environmental friendly technology and other innovations.
