Qualifications:
B.Sc, M.Sc and PhD degrees in relevant field
Recognized professional registration
13 publications minimum:
Minimum 11 journal articles 2 conference proceedings or book chapters/patents
Minimum 3 indexed journals in Scopus/Web of Science. Minimum 3 years experience as Lecturer I
2. Reader
Qualifications:
B.Sc, M.Sc and PhD degrees in relevant field
Recognized professional registration 20 publications with minimum 4 indexed journals in Scopus/Web of Science.
Conference proceedings or book chapters/patents are added advantage.
Minimum 6 years post-PhD relevant work experience as full-time academic on tenure track 3 years must have been as Senior Lecturer
3. Professor
Qualifications:
B.Sc, M.Sc and PhD degrees in relevant field Recognized professional registration 25 publications with minimum 5 indexed journals in Scopus/Web of Science. Conference proceedings or book chapters/patents are added advantage Minimum 15 years post-PhD relevant work experience as full-time academic on tenure track 10 years must have been in the University system
Must have been a Reader for at least 3 years
