BELLSTCH SIGNS TRAINING AGREEMENT WITH WORQULTURE-JOBBERMAN

Bells University of Technology in its sustained drive to offer the highest educational standards to its students has entered another strategic training agreement with WorQulture-Jobberman. The University on Friday, 27th June, 2025, signed an MOU to further increase the educational and employability capabilities of the Bellstech graduate.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Jeremiah O. Ojediran, RE (COREN), FNSE, FNIAE, IION, signed the 6-month MOU on Training Partnership with Jobberman Nigeria, on behalf of the University. Jobberman Nigeria is a digital skill development organization, which appointed WorQulture Company, another Human Resource business structuring and Advisory firm that specialises in designing and implementing business processes, performance management tools and learning resources to empower employees to deliver optimum value, as a mobilization partner. Jobberman works with grant from the Mastercard foundation to drive their initiative to train over 5,000 youths monthly across Nigeria on digital skills development and employability skills.

This organization has identified Bells University of Technology, Ota, as a critical hub for youth engagement and digital skill development and indicated intent on the partnership for an initial period of six months, which can be extended by mutual agreement. This will provide an opportunity for free training for the students with a higher priority on female (80%) and 20% male students, and from each sex, higher priority will be given to persons with disability and the Internally Displaced persons/ refugees.

The Dean of Student Affairs was recommended to be the Liaison Officer to coordinate the training including selection of students by the WorQulture.
