Bells University of Technology Students Shines in Sports at Chrisland University Football and Athletic tournament.
Asides from earning the ‘macho’ status in the academic parlance, it is no news that Bells University of Technology arguably produces some of the finest sportsmen in the Nigerian Universities arena. This is constantly being made evident in the sporting events held “home and away”.
As they have often shown, the Football and Athletic teams of the University came with the most revered medals from the just-concluded tourney hosted by Chrisland University, Abeokuta.
The team bagged four gold medals and three silver medals, coming up as stars of the tournament.

3. 200 meter (boys) -1st & 2nd – Gold & Silver
4. 400 meter (boys) -1st & 2nd – Gold & Silver
5. 100 meter (boys) -2nd – Silver
Just as it is with the game of sports, the competition was full of fun as participants could interact among themselves and make new connections. It was an excellent opportunity for the University’s athletes to showcase their development and attainment in competitive sports. This is a veritable avenue that prepares them for future challenges.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Jeremiah O. Ojediran, RE (COREN) MNSE, has commended the teams for always rising above their opponents and doing the University proud. He encouraged the athletes to always strive to be the best in their various events as that is the true path to greatness
