BELLS UNIVERSITY CELEBRATES WOMEN WITH AN ENTHRALLING SEMINAR ON WOMEN’S DAY

To mark the International Women’s Day celebration, Bells University of Technology, Ota, is organising a thrilling seminar for the women of the great institution themed:- “DigitALL: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality- Empowering Women for Digital Relevance”.

The focus of the Event is in accordance with the global theme of the United Nations for International Women’s Day 2023, with an aim to include women in our ever transforming world of technology and equip them with digital education.

The event, scheduled for Wednesday, 8th of March, 2023, the day set aside for women all over the world, will take place at the BUPF International Conference Centre by 10am.

Speakers at the programme are women leaders of the University:

  • Prof Violette A. Atasie, Dean, College of Natural and Applied Sciences;
  • Dr. Atinuke Orekan, Deputy Dean, College of Environmental Sciences;
  • Mrs. Omolola Adebiyi, Senior Assistant Registrar, Student Affairs.

The University Librarian, Dr. Felicia Yusuf will host the event, while the Chief Host will be the Vice Chancellor, Bells University, Prof Jeremiah O. Ojediran, RE:COREN, FNIAE, MNSE.

The University cordially invites all staff, especially women, who will be the focus of the celebration of the day, which promises to be an enlightening experience for all.
